Richard is a Director in the PBC team at Colliers. He has extensive knowledge of commercial Building Surveying including M&E systems, dilapidations and neighbourly matters acting for landlord and tenants across the UK and Europe.
Rob Good-Stephenson

Rob is portfolio manager for Lochplace, with his primary focus being asset and transaction management. Lochplace is a property development and investment company, operating out of the south east of England and southern Ireland.
George Goucher

George is an Associate at Savills working in the commercial auction department, working closely with various private and institutional clients on a number of single asset and portfolio disposals. George has a focus on retail, industrial and office disposals as well as mixed use investments in London and the UK.
