PropSki is returning to Val Thorens after the sold out success of 2024 which saw c.630 delegates hit the slopes for a memorable trip. Exclusively for UK property professionals, experience daily events to meet, compete and network in the largest ski area in the world, with 600km of incredible ski runs to be had across the 3 Valleys.

Focussed Networking Events
PropSki is introducing more focus to the networking on the trip, we are doing this by providing separate events with a focus on either Commercial or Residential sectors. Residential is all living accommodation including, Residential, AFH, PRS, PBSA, AFH, Retirement, Care etc. Comercial is all things commercial real estate including, Industrial, Offices, Hotels, Retail etc. If you work in both, then you can choose which events to drop into. PropSki 2025 schedule coming soon to include additional dining events, ski tours and changes to the closing forum and race day.
Building Control have kindly put on an arrival drink between 3.30pm and 5.00pm, once you have checked into your accommodation, (or if you are waiting for your keys) come and enjoy an arrival drink at the main bar and terrace to kick start your PropSki experience.
Russell-Cooke Opening Forum
PropSki 2025 Opening Forum on Saturday between 5:00pm and 8:30pm at the newly constructed lounge and auditorium within the Val Thorens business & sports centre (Le Board, Centre Sportif). Collect your Clancy’s welcome pack and catch up with PropSkiers after a day's travel. Complimentary refreshments are provided along with a short presentation from the committee on what to expect from the week and a local ski guide to understand the resort, best runs and weather conditions.
MacDonald & Company Sponsors Dinner
Trip Sponsors are invited to join the PropSki Committee for an evening meal following the Opening Forum. After a day's travel this is an opportunity for Sponsors to relax over good food and conversation, discussing all things property, skiing and PropSki.
On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings between 8.45am and 10:30am, Eden and POW are hosting a free coffee for the first 100 PropSkier’s to arrive. It’s a great chance to meet fellow PropSkiers. You’ll be able to get into groups of similar ability to go skiing / networking together.
Ski Tour
Following the success of previous years, join fellow PropSkiers on a ski tour. Exact details TBC
Commercial Apres Networking hosted at F7
These sessions will allow you to share stories from the day on the hill, and share stories about your current projects. Come along and join your colleagues on the F7 Hotel terrace for a drink and a chat Sunday 4pm - 6pm.
Music Lead Apres at Bar 360
If you are looking for more of a hedonistic DJ lead apres session then head to Bar360 from 3:30pm to 6.00pm where we have reserved the pub (VIP area) solely for PropSki attendees for the week. Make sure to show your PropSki wristband to jump the queue and gain entry.
Residential Savoyard Dining Experience – hosted at Chalet Marine
This is a great opportunity to deepen your PropSki experience. Regularly utilised to entertain clients and friends, and build greater connections with suppliers, partners or employees. This year’s dining experience follows the huge success of the previous year and remains at Chalet Marine. You will be transported fromF7 terrace by Snow Cat or Skidoo to the venue where you have time to entertain and enjoy the evening in an exceptional place in the heart of the mountains at your own pace.
Post Commercial Networking Dinner at F7
After the Commercial Networking Apres drinks reception we invite you to reserve your table in the F7 restaurant within the hotel to continue the networking and enjoy your meal. This event is self-book and self pay. The Commercial focussed dinner is available for you to book direct at the restaurant on Sunday from 7pm - 9pm.

Race Day
Race day this year will be run from 10 am until 2pm and will comprise both individual timed slalom and the infamous head to head team dual slalom. Sign up ahead of arriving in the members area
Ski Tour
Following the success of previous years, join fellow PropSkiers on a ski tour. Exact details TBC.
Adventure in Architecture Tobogganing starting at the Cosmojet Chalet
Thanks to Adventure in Architecture you have the option to book a place in the PropSki annual toboggan run. Val Thorens Cosmojet is the longest toboggan run in France. Take the Funitel Peclet up to over 3,000m and toboggan back down the 6km of track back to Val Thorens. This is free for the first 100 places, only book as an event if you are going to attend! You can add it on for £20 if you missed the sponsored free slots.
LandTech Residential Apres Networking hosted at F7
Includes a 20 min residential market update and a prize draw. 4pm - 6pm. This session will allow you to share stories from the day on the hill, and share stories about your current projects. Come along and join your colleagues on the F7 Hotel terrace for a drink and a chat hosted by LandTech.

Ending the short week PropSki experience in style: Join PropSki attendees for the short week closing celebration. Complimentary refreshments are provided along with a presentation of the PropSki2024 showreel, awards ceremony, the infamous PropSki charity auction and live music solely for PropSki 2025 attendees before opening to the public. A great way to see the short week close in style.

MacDonald Company Mountain Meal
New for 2025, to kick start the long week off, PropSki and PropSki Prospects have the opportunity to join together for a mountain meal on the slopes of Val Thorens. Exact location and details to be confirmed but this is a great opportunity to share stories from the first half of the week and network with people who are staying for the full week.
Finer Details TBC however we are in the process of planning a Burns themed Ski Tour followed by a late afternoon Burns meal at ROC 7 restaurant.

Igloo Closing Party
After a day's skiing and packing of bags we will close the week with the coveted Igloo Party. Meeting on F7 Terrace PropSkiers are guided up the hill to the slopeside igloo where we will enjoy music, drinks and nibbles with a return walk to Val Thorens.
