PropSki is returning to Val Thorens after the sold out success of 2023 which saw c.600 delegates hit the slopes for a memorable trip. Exclusively for UK property professionals, experience daily events to meet, compete and network in the largest ski area in the world, with 600km of incredible ski runs to be had across the 3 Valleys.

As we offer various accommodation options, to help make your selection simpler we have provided example prices below for each residence for both private and sharing occupancy.

Focus networking events

PropSki is introducing more focus to the networking on the trip, we are doing this by providing separate events with a focus on either Live or Work. Live is all living accommodation including, Residential, AFH, PRS, PBSA, AFH, Retirement, Care etc. Work is all things commercial real estate including, Industrial, Offices, Hotels, Retail etc. If you work in both, then you can choose which events to drop into. Eden & POW ‘Meet & Ski’ - hosted at La Maison, Place du Caron
On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings between 8.45am and 10:30am, Eden and POW are hosting a free coffee for the first 100 PropSkier’s to arrive. It’s a great chance to meet fellow PropSkiers. You’ll be able to get into groups of similar ability to go off skiing / networking together.

Colliers ‘Work’ Apres Networking hosted at F7
These sessions will allow you to share stories from the day on the hill, and share stories about your current projects. Come along and join your colleagues on the F7 Hotel terrace for a drink and a chat, compliments of: Colliers 'Work' Apres Networking: Colliers are hosting a conversation-led drinks reception at the ‘Work’ networking apres on Sunday 4pm - 6pm.

Party Apres at Bar 360
If you are looking for more of a hedonistic DJ lead apres session then head to Bar360 from 3:30pm to 6.00pm where we have reserved the pub (VIP area) solely for PropSki attendees for the week. Make sure to show your PropSki wristband.

‘Live’ Savoyard Dining Experience – hosted at Chalet Marine SOLD OUT
This is a great opportunity to deepen your PropSki experience. Regularly utilised to entertain clients and friends, and build greater connections with suppliers, partners or employees. This year’s dining experience has been updated to provide a higher quality experience and focussed to suit the 'Live' and 'Work' theme to our networking. This event gives you the time to entertain and enjoy the evening in an exceptional place in the heart of the mountains at your own pace.

Post Work" Networking Dinner at F7
After the ‘Work’ Networking Apres drinks reception there is the opportunity to reserve your space directly with the hotel and enjoy dinner at the F7 restaurant. This event is self book and self pay. The ‘Work’ focussed dinner is on Sunday from 7pm - 9pm.

Legal & Contingency Ski QuestLegal & Contingency Ski Quest
It is a ski-based challenge covering the resort. The more skiing you do the more points you win. Watch the live leaderboard on the app and come to the closing ceremony for the awards.

Adventure in Architecture Tobogganing starting at the Cosmojet Chalet
Thanks to Adventure in Architecture you have the option to book a place in the PropSki annual toboggan run. Val Thorens Cosmojet is the longest toboggan run in France. Take the Funitel Peclet up to over 3,000m and toboggan back down the 6km of track back to Val Thorens. This is free for the first 100 places, only book as an event if you are going to attend! You can add it on for £20 if you missed the sponsored free slots.

LandTech 'Live' Apres Networking hosted at F7, which will include a 20 min residential market update and a prize draw. 4pm - 6pm. These sessions will allow you to share stories from the day on the hill, and share stories about your current projects. MacDonald & Company Race Day 12 to 4pm
This is a fun ski and board race, open to all PropSkiers. The race is hosted on Tuesday 23rd January at Le Stade de Slalom race piste. As in previous years, we’re going to be running an individual timed Giant Slalom (GS) race, and a Team Dual Slalom (head to head) race.

The individual GS race will feature the Pexhurst Men Ski, Perseus Women’s Ski, Veritas Men’s board, MacDonald and Company Women’s board, Liquasil Masters races (over 40’s), and the Young Guns (Prospects) Race. The infamous team slalom event will be the closing race of the 2024 Race Day. All abilities are welcome but please only enter if you are going to show up and race. It is a great day for spectators as well as competitors to enjoy the racing, music networking with slope-side complimentary Vin Chaud and Tartiflette provided courtesy of Liquasil.

Rapleys & Russell Cooke Closing Forum & Prize giving hosted at Le Board, Centre Sportif
Ending the short week PropSki experience in style: we are hosting the new format Closing Forum between 6:30pm and 8:30pm on Tuesday evening - back where the week started - at the newly constructed lounge and auditorium within Le Board Sports Centre. Complimentary refreshments are provided along a presentation of the PropSki2024 showreel, awards ceremony for racing, ski quest and other light hearted awards finishing with the infamous charity auction. A great way to see the short week close in style.

Ski Tour
A self-guided ski tour in groups or mixed ability. We’re planning to head over to Meribel, and we will issue a proposed lunch stop in the morning.

Free ski in the day followed by….Igloo Party
Igloo Bar
For those that are too cool for school, and have chosen to delay reality, join us for the last night Igloo Party and send off PropSki 2024 in style. A one of a kind experience in the igloo village. Included in your ticket is a drink and charcuterie. You will be met by guides at the F7 terrace and walked over the piste to the igloo for a 2 hour party from 19.00 until 21.00.
