Booking PropSki 2027
To attend PropSki, accommodation booking is required in order to access your event pass. Scroll down to explore the available accommodation and transfer options. Flight, transfer & hire are not included in the indicative pricing (see below) due to variation; however, they can be added to your package, allowing you to arrange your full trip in one place for a seamless, end-to-end experience.

The Burns Ski Day & Lunch returns to PropSki 2027, bringing together tradition, breathtaking scenery, and powerful networking in one unforgettable experience.
The day begins with a networking coffee meet-up. A chance to break the ice, compare tartan patterns, and connect with fellow professionals from across the property sector. Then it’s onto the slopes for a collaborative ski day, offering informal yet invaluable opportunities to build relationships as you make your way to the lunch venue.
Here, the connections continue over a Burns-inspired lunch like no other, complete with haggis, whisky, rousing toasts. It’s not just a meal, it’s an immersive experience designed to spark conversation, camaraderie, and collaboration.

Night Racing
The return of “PropSki Night Racing” gives attendees the chance to take on the world renowned Streif slope under the lights and compete for the title of the fastest skier or snowboarder in the property industry. Combining adrenaline, competition, and unforgettable atmosphere, it’s an iconic PropSki experience and a highlight of the week for racers and spectators alike. As the racing reaches the finish line, the energy shifts into the closing après celebration. An unforgettable evening of music, entertainment, and alpine atmosphere. With DJs, great food and drink, and crowds gathered to cheer on the racers, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the close of PropSki 2027. Expect vibrant après and an electric atmosphere as the property industry comes together for one final night in the mountains.

- You can book flights and transfers directly with us in the same process as booking your event pass and accommodation.
- Flights Munich, Innsbruck and Salzburg are the closest airports providing comprehensive transfer options to Kitzbuhel.
