Propski Prospects is the new ski trip for the next-generation of property professionals.

Prospects promotes an inclusive and friendly environment for those starting out their career in the property industry to meet likeminded professionals at a similar level, promoting network expansion and mutual career progression. The Prospects package will be a tailored trip encompassing the networking and fun of PropSki, but giving particular regard to the budgets and interests of the next generation of property professionals.

Nestled in the centre of Val Thorens benefitting from Ski in Ski out, Cheval Blanc provides the ideal location for making the most of your trip. The apartment block offers traditional-style apartments, close to the lift stations and within easy walking distance of the wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants that the bustling resort of Val Thorens has to offer. Guests also enjoy access to the onsite bar and restaurants.

We have a range of booking options for different occupancy levels in standard 2 bed apartments that can sleep up to 4 people. Apartments include:

  • Living area: open-plan with kitchenette and include 1 double sofa bed.
  • Bedroom facilities: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 x double).
  • Bathroom facilities: 1 bath or 1 shower and 1 toilet.
  • Other inclusions: cleaning kit, bed linen, towels, basic access WiFi

Book with confidence

Our travel partner NUCO ensure that every aspect of your holiday booked through them is financially protected through the Travel Trust Association. If the trip is unable to go ahead due to COVID, then NUCO will issue a full refund. If you are unable to travel due to contracting Covid-19 or being asked to isolate by NHS track and trace, normal cancellation terms will apply. We recommend you have in place a suitable insurance policy to cover such an eventuality. However, because we have suppliers to pay, if the trip is going ahead and you decide not to attend for any other reason, your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation terms can be found during the booking process.

IN RESORT EVENTS

Running alongside the highly anticipated events hosted by PropSki, the Prospects package will include an exclusive Prospects Mountain meal, entry to the ‘Young Guns’ race and access to a fashionable repertoire of stash. See below for a snapshot of what to expect for 2022.

Cocktails on arrival followed by the U+I and EG opening party

Hosted on the first night of the trip, this event provides a great opportunity for attendees to introduce themselves to one other. You can also sign up to the Race Day if you’ve not done so already. Bring your business cards and some ice breakers. A complimentary welcome drink sponsored by Assent will also be served.

Welcome Apres at bar360

This event sees all 450 trip attendees reconvening on Sunday afternoon over a few complimentary drinks. It's a fantastic opportunity to meet and greet fellow attendees in an informal networking format - watching the sun set while exchanging stories from the first day on the slopes - before heading off for supper.

Macdonald & Company Racing

This is your chance to represent your firm against your colleagues, rivals and clients for ultimate bragging rights and compete for the coveted PropSki Silverware and prizes. This year we are running the races under floodlight on our own private piste. There are timed individual ski and snowboard slaloms with different age categories, followed by team dual slalom (teams of four, must be mixed gender and mixed discipline). The event is always a huge success with music over a PA system, savoyard catering and complimentary vin chaud. There will be a ‘Young Guns’ race open to Prospects attendees to be in with a chance of winning the coveted Prospects trophy. The races are sponsored by Barwood Capital, Avison Young, Freedman+Hilmi Law, Goldcrest Land, ITC and Liquasil with over £2,000 of prizes from Faction and Salomon up for grabs. Remember your helmet if you want to race.

Prospects Mountain Meal

The highly anticipated Prospects mountain meal will be an event not to be missed. You can expect a three course Savoyard Meal with wine and the annual Landaid raffle and auction for some incredible prizes. Last years mountain meal raised an amazing £20,000 for charity.

Prospects Pub Crawl around Val Thorens

Following the departure of the majority of the Propski trip, the Prospects team will be leading the charge on a bar crawl around Val Thorens with plenty of deals on drinks. Guaranteed to see some questionable dance moves before the night is out!

Live Music night

Warm those vocal cords up and join us for an evening of live music and sing-a-long classics with the Prospects trip.
