Exclusively for UK property professionals, experience daily events to meet, compete and network in the largest ski area in the world, with 600km of incredible ski runs to be had across the 3 Valleys.

Focussed Networking Events

PropSki is introducing more focus to the networking on the trip, we are doing this by providing separate events with a focus on either Commercial or Residential sectors. Residential is all living accommodation including, Residential, AFH, PRS, PBSA, AFH, Retirement, Care etc. Comercial is all things commercial real estate including, Industrial, Offices, Hotels, Retail etc. If you work in both, then you can choose which events to drop into. On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings between 8.45am and 10:30am, Eden and POW are hosting a free coffee for the first 100 PropSkier’s to arrive. It’s a great chance to meet fellow PropSkiers. You’ll be able to get into groups of similar ability to go skiing / networking together.

Residential Ski Day
Join 80 residentially-focused PropSkiers for a full-day ski adventure as we make our way to a handpicked restaurant in La Tania. This is more than just a ski day—it’s a rolling networking tour through the mountains, bringing together professionals from across the residential property sector. Expect fresh tracks, meaningful conversations, and a well-earned lunch in a stunning alpine setting. Please note: This tour requires confidence on red runs and good fitness—it's a full day on the slopes.

Pre Banquet Networking - Le Board, 5.30pm - 7.00pm - New for 2026
After your first full day on the slopes, join the entire PropSki 2026 delegate list for a round of relaxed networking drinks ahead of the Russell-Cooke Big PropSki Alpine Banquet. This is a great opportunity to deepen your PropSki experience. Regularly utilised to entertain clients and friends, and build greater connections with suppliers, partners or employees. This year’s dining experience follows the huge success of the previous year and remains at Chalet Marine. You will be transported from F7 terrace by Snow Cat or Skidoo to the venue where you have time to entertain and enjoy the evening in an exceptional place in the heart of the mountains at your own pace. Spaces are limited, early sign-up is recommended.

Commercial Savoyarde Dining – Le Grange, 7.00pm - 9.00pm
New for 2025 and introduced in response to growing demand, this Savoyarde dining experience offers a unique opportunity to deepen your PropSki connections in a more intimate, residentially-focused setting. Ideal for entertaining clients, colleagues, or friends, the evening brings together commercial PropSkiers over a traditional Alpine meal—perfect for building lasting relationships with suppliers, partners, and peers. Following its successful debut in 2025, the Leading Ladies Ski Day is back—bigger, better, and bolder for 2026. The day begins with morning skiing in ability-based groups, followed by a slopeside coffee stop to catch your breath and talk shop.
