PropSail sees 50+ property professionals take to the solent in J70s class. With the perfect weather conditions, our fantastic sponsors enabled us to put on a successful day of networking at The Royal London Yacht Club, Cowes.
While networking, fun and fundraising are the essence of the event, there is also a highly-competitive sailing regatta to win, with bragging rights and trophies awaiting the worthy winners. The regatta is hosted in the solent, specific location subject to tides and weather, with the best of four races taking the trophy. All monies raised goes to Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust which inspires young people aged 8-24 to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer through sailing.
Returning to the Isle of Wight after the sold out success of 2025, join us for 3 days of networking, racing and fundraising. 2026 promises to be bigger and better. You don't need to be a sailor to experience PropSail. Each boat has experienced skippers meaning you can be a novice as long as you are keen to muck in. If this is you? The PropSail training day is the ideal way to upskill & prepare yourself for maximal enjoyment of the PropSail event.

We offer an optional training day ahead of PropSail. This day is for every age, ability and interest. The day includes classroom & on the water training, with an oversight on RS-21 boats & safety equipment. You'll enjoy a packed lunch provided on the water followed by a training debrief. After the event you have the option to join other attendees to network at a local pub with dinner (optional). There are limited spaces so book now to avoid disappointment.
