Tom has strategic oversight of the PropEvents corporate activities and manages the programme of events on a day to day basis. Having left a successful career in education he is also a director of a new SME housebuilding company Clock House Land and Homes which has successfully delivered a material planning consent on its site in Earls Barton, Northamptonshire.
Will Chambers
Co-Founder, Director
Will is the Acquisition Director for Perseus Land and Developments, an out and out specialist in the planning, enabling and development sphere of the care home and retirement living sectors.
Rupert Parker
Co-Founder, Director
Rupert is Founder & CEO of Building Passport, a technology company providing online storage for building-by-building information to enable fast transactions and to make the built environment a safer place.
Harry Quartermain
PropSki Committee
Harry is a Chartered Town Planner and works as Head of Research and Insight at LandTech. Harry works with the market-leading web and data teams at LandTech to provide planning insight and demonstrate the power of timely and accurate planning data when plan-making and policy drafting.
Rachel Leigh
PropSki Committee
Rachel works as the Senior Lead for Development at Trivallis one of Wales’s largest Housing Associations. The role involves managing the land assets within the portfolio, developing existing sites with new build social housing and working with Local Authorities, Welsh Government and Developers pursuing the accelerated development of social housing. She provides specialist expert advice in regard to developing policy strategies and financial viability to further the delivery of homes and communities’ objectives.
Laura Shields

Laura works within the enterprise team at Fora. With 14 years experience in the sector, her focus will be on core London sites, growing occupancies and enhancing the sales team.
